The Duke Cookbook
In 2010, the pub published its first cookbook, 'Geetie's Cookbook: Recipes from the kitchens of The Duke of Cambridge Organic Pub' (available now on Amazon). Geetie and head chef Sara Berg have collected together recipes for over 100 of their specialities, arranged according to the four seasons. Fish, meat and vegetables get a variety of treatments – grilled, baked, steamed or roasted – all procedures that intensify flavour.
